Aaron S. and Andy were very professional in their appearance and workmanship. They explained what they were doing and why, as they ran a natural gas line from our basement main line out to our patio for a BBQ hookup. Did the job on Thursday last week, pressurized the line for the inspection on Friday, and returned on Monday for the final hookup. Their work was neat and tidy, routed inconspicuously, efficiently done, with thorough cleanup after both visits.

They arrived EARLY. That almost never happens. Justin explained everything and made a great looking installation including using some parts that were not in the installation kit to make it work. They left the area completely clean and pristine. We couldn't be happier with the job.

Doug was amazing once again checking our three gas appliances, cleaning and servicing them and importantly answering any questions I had re how to best operate and take care of the fireplaces, remotes and exhaust features. Doug L*****, who came to service our gas insert fireplace this week, did a great job as expected. Last year, after we had an explosion in our insert because the gas vents had been accidentally blocked during installation, Gas Connection sent out Doug to fix it. We were very happy to get him this year. What a difference his cleaning has made! He reassembled everything perfectly. I have had numerous contractors performing work at our house over the course of the last year. The Gas Connection was ALWAYS professional, prompt, and attentive. They explained their process, answered questions and were more than willing to work with any of my other contractors. They were able to reschedule their work as needed when my other contractors did not have prerequisite work completed in time. I rarely write reviews, but HIGHLY recommend the Gas Connection!!

Doug did a great job of evaluating our old gas log installation, recommending and ordering a replacement burner, valve, and gas log set, and installing the new equipment. The installation was performed neatly and on schedule. The new system looks great and works extremely well!
