He was very nice, professional, and in addition to cleaning he moved the pilot light so it was easier for me to reach and even made a mark so it was easier for me to see the pilot light. Also answered any questions I had and offered to send me a reminder when next checkup was due, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and neighbors.
