Tom, the service tech was great. Friendly approach, positive attitude, wanted to make sure things were working properly. Very considerate about managing any mess, space, and tools. Very methodical and process driven. Got my fireplace that hadn't been working going again, and verified all connections. Answered my questions about the product in easy to understand terms.
