The Gas Connection installed our gas fireplace insert in 2008. The insert has worked beautifully for 10+ years. I have them come for a yearly clean out and inspection. Tom just came and did the annual service for me. I thought he was polite, knowledgeable and informative. He answered all my questions and complied with all my requests. I worked with several people over time to get multiple gas things set up in a new home. John and Don were great on the set up, and Marvin helped get a complicated measuring problem sorted out for a gas fireplace insert.

Andy D. was very professional, informative, and reviewed the plan before starting. He demonstrated and made sure I knew how to locate and operate the gas shut-offs, and answered all my questions. He is a huge asset to The Gas Connection as he has a friendly, easygoing, polite manner. He is a great “face of the company”. He was so accommodating of 3 year old Henry, who had a LOT to say, and who wanted to follow him everywhere! Don & Marvin are wonderful. They took their time worked through issues, did exactly what was asked of them. Paid extra attention to details, cleaned up after themselves. When above and beyond. So happy with the Gas Connection, highly recommend them.

Collin is an excellent tech in a reliable company. I have used Gas Connection for years and they have never lost touch with the value of a repeat customer. Gas supply installers is one of the most difficult businesses out there and these folks really do care how its done! Thanks again.

Doug provided extensive service on 3 neglected gas fireplaces, with good communication throughout the process. I feel more confident of being able to safely use my fireplaces this coming winter.
