Gas Connection is worthless. Do not use them at all. Home Smart had us use them. They took over 1-1/2 months to come out for a check on our fireplace control. Tom was very nice when he finally got to our place. Tom had it working and went to turn it on and it would work. The fireplace stopped working. Their office people are "unbending" about the schedules and wouldn't let somebody come out until 8 days later. I asked for the name of the owner and the "manager" wouldn't give it to me.
