Doug was great! He was very kind and explained everything we needed to know. He was very knowledgeable of his trade and was able to answer all of our questions. He was professional and thoughtful given the state of our current situation with the COVID. Doug also presented ideas for upgrading our fireplace system in the future.

We have used The Gas Connection twice now and have been very pleased with their services! The staff are very friendly, accommodating, and helpful!! It's easy to get an appointment for an estimate and also for the service work to be done. They were so gracious and willing to accommodate a last minute service request with less than 24 hrs notice. The Gas Connection was recommended to me by our plumber and I was very pleased with the hookup experience of my Patioflame firepit. When I asked if an appointment was available the following day as I had just received my firepit, they were able to accomodate. Aaron did a great job, stressing the safety issues and pointing out where all the shutoff valves were located. Consistent with his past work, Doug provided expert professional service as he completed a thorough annual inspection of our Jotul stove. He was punctual, efficient, and very attentive to the needs for extreme cleanliness. He also instructed me on the less-than-obvious operational settings for the remote control.
