Doug came out to see why my gas fireplace wouldnt light. I was pretty sure the gas valve had failed. I had also purchased a new gas log set to replace the old set and needed that done as well. Doug cleaned the pilot and thermocouple and had the burner working in minutes. He installed the new set and was out the door in less than an hour saving us hundreds of dollars with his honesty. When I called Xcel's HomeSmart program for an appointment to have our gas fireplace looked at we had to wait for approximately two months. Our gas fireplace is 18 years old and it would sporadically go out so it needed some attention. In fact, our serviceman, Doug L. stated that he was surprised it was still working without any maintenance. Doug did a great job of cleaning the gas fireplace and it looks new. Doug L. was great...he cleaned up the fireplace, which was so dirty that was why it didn't work, checked all the functions, and made it work again...Doug made it so pretty, I love the warmth of my fireplace again! I even signed up for a maintenance program for every other year. Great job Doug!
