This is the 2nd time Doug has come to clean my fireplace. I specifically requested him this time, because of his thoroughness, troubleshooting skills, and his pleasant personality. He found and fixed 2 electrical problems with the remote, and cleaned up the unit to look and perform like new. Couldn’t be more pleased.
