I can not speak highly enough about The Gas Connection. Their process from beginning to end was easy, straight forward and clear. On the day of install, they estimated the work to take 4 hours, but the team was done in two hours. They had me review the work before leaving.

The Gas Connection was great at getting my gas line hooked up for my gas stove and barbecue. Marvin came out to our house on a Monday to give us an estimate. He was very meticulous and did several walks through our house. He gave me a quote the same day and I called him several times with question and he was a pleasure to deal with. He even called me back at 5:30pm on a Friday to answer my question. I was called the following Monday to setup my installation and I dealt with Scott. This has been an excellent experience with Gas Connection and the Field and Service Tech, Tom R. They were easy to work with and they worked with me around my schedule. Tom R provide excellent service and explain step by step how my gas fire place should function. This was a relief to me since I was in a home fire when I was younger (caused by a wood burning fire place) and have always been scared of my fire place. I now understand it and know how it works. Tom came just a little early which was great. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I did ask an off-the-wall question and he was quick to check with a co-worker to get the answer. He worked quickly and cleanly while carrying on a running conversation which gave us more understanding of our gas log. The fireplace is now clean and working great. He was very careful to check thoroughly that everything was safe. We were delighted to have him here.

Doug has been to our house several times. Always on time or early, very friendly, very clean. Up front with pricing which is reasonable. He had a trainee along (Tom) who was also very friendly and personable. Thanks, Gas Connection!

The Gas Connection always is able to provide excellent service. Tom showed up a few minutes early, found the issue and solved it in less than an hour. Can't say enough about how satisfied we are with their service.

Tom showed up right on time, took shoes off, covered work area with a blanket explaining everything he did. Tom was very courteous and cleaned my gas burning stove within the hour. I would highly recommend both Tom *** and The Gas Connection. Elaine ********
