Doug was timely and prepared with all items needed to tend to my gas fireplace. He entered the home by removing his shoes and going over what he had listed as my concerns to address....I appreciated him being prepared! When the job was complete, he went over all the details of the job with me. He explained what the issue had been, what potential future issues could be (with my old gas fireplace) and how to best make this unit last as long as possible. He was clean and diligent with his work. Will have him back!

I hired The Gas Connection to run an external gas line and install a gas insert fireplace. Others were not able to schedule an install within only a few days after receiving the quote, while other companies were booked-out 6 to 8 weeks. The crew was very prompt and on-time. They were very clean and conscientious to avoid tracking-in mud from outdoors. They were very courteous and professional. This is my second time hiring them and I highly recommend the Gas Connection.

Zach and his partner, Chris, were prompt, professional and did excellent work on a gas line installation in my basement. They identified and corrected problems with the pre-existing installation and did an outstanding job on the new line. They were careful to explain what they were doing and answered any questions that I had. I could not have had a better experience.

No other gas company in Colorado can match the level of professionalism and customer service like Gas Connection. Tom was extremely thorough and did a great job of trouble shooting. It may take a while to get an appointment because they are so popular and in demand but peace of mind is well worth it!
