The people at the Gas Connection have been great! Very prompt, very professional and courteous, very personable, and very helpful. I had them fix a leak a couple years ago and had gas service installed for a new gas range. The first time was good enough for me to never look elsewhere for help with gas service.

These guys have been in business forever, and I've used their services on at least 6 houses. Every time I'm impressed with their attention to detail and willingness to work in all weather situations. The nature of the work often requires working in the mud in uncomfortable conditions, and I've never heard a whimper or excuse. Always service with a smile.

We have had service personnel from another company come out multiple times to work on our pilot light since the purchase. Shortly after the repair person would leave, the problem with our pilot light would start again. Tom from The Gas Connection came out and did some maintenance and the fireplace is working great. We are extremely pleased and we would highly recommend The Gas Connection.

Doug arrived as scheduled, took great care to protect our flooring, listened to my description of the problem, worked carefully and expertly, and took extra time to make sure we understood how to better use our Jotul stove before he cleaned the job site and headed to his next appointment. We enjoyed his visit and thoroughly appreciated his quality work! We will also join his other customers on the "Early Bird" annual maintenance list and recommend TGC to our friends.

the gas connection was great in scheduling my appointment. tom was on time and very personable and friendly - even to my new puppy! he did a great job cleaning my gas fireplace and i would totally call the gas connection again!

Great service. We had to shut our gas off in an emergency when remodelers went through a gas line. The Gas Connection schedulers were brilliant and arranged for Joe and his assistant to show up that same morning as well as organizing the permit. Joe isolated the problem, pressure tested and had an inspector visit scheduled for the afternoon. We were up and running again by evening. Amazing. No messing around and just got the job done. I had a difficult install and the Gas Connection figured out what was needed and came in with the lowest bid (still not cheap). Then recently Iwas experiencing the smell of gas. I had the store people out, everything checked out with them. So, I called Gas Connection. They found the leak that the stove people missed. They show up on time and take care of their customers.
