Doug L***** came into the house and, after putting down protective items, went about cleaning and servicing my gas fireplace with great professionalism. He was friendly, focused and knows what he is doing. When he was cleaning up we took a minute to chat. I have had Doug at the house before, together with other techs from the Gas Connection. I recommend this company to all.

They were very professional. They arrived on time, took their shoes off so they didn't track dirt across the white carpet and most of all, fixed the problem. They were pleasant to talk with while they were fixing the problem. Not only fixed the problem but also cleaned the inside and outside of the gas fireplace and screen so it looked like new. Put down a drop cloth so there was no dirt tracked out of the fireplace onto the carpet.

I used The Gas Connection two years ago to clean and check our gas fireplace. So, I felt comfortable using them again to do the same for this year. Same quality service. The technician took his shoes off before entering my home and was respectful of my space. He covered the carpet in front of the fireplace carefully and quickly and efficiently cleaned and checked the fireplace. The glass looks transparent! Outstanding service from first contact to last follow up. Justin arrived on time and he had kept us informed of his pending arrival time.
