Doug L. arrived on time and started cleaning our gas fireplace. He was informative and pleasant. The fireplace looks wonderful; he cleaned it inside and out and rearranged the logs. He educated us on the remote and explained the way the pilot light works on these new gas fireplaces. It was a positive experience.

I have used the Gas Connection several times, and the most recent experience left me wanting to give them a positive review. Alan installed a new gas line to my kitchen and after all the cabinets were set, we realized that the connection needed moved 1" to the right. I called on a Friday and Monday morning Alan came back and moved the connection free of charge for me! While he was working, he let me know what he was doing so that I would feel safe. What amazing customer service!

Doug L***** repaired/checked my gas fireplace. He was right on time and very informative and efficient! He explained everything he was doing to me and was very courteous and knowledgeable! Will ask for him if I need more help with Fireplace in the future! Highly recommend him!

Aaron and Joe from The Gas Connection installed our new gas fireplace insert and did a great job. They worked through finding the best path for the gas line in our completely finished basement ceiling. They were both very professional and provided us with all the information about our new unit. It was a pleasure working with them.

I hired the Gas Connection to install a gas line for a new gas stove. Justin & Joe were the on-site technicians. They were very helpful answering questions and made many suggestions to help my project. During our initial conversation I mentioned installing an outdoor fire pit at a later date. Justin explored ideas and suggested installing the new gas line to accommodate both the stove and fire pit. Donald R. came out a few weeks ago to help pinpoint a gas leak in our house. He was very thorough and knowledgable. He found a slow leak in the key valve for our fireplace. He was back today to repair the leak and replace the key valve (time delay was due to our personal schedule, not The Gas Connection). Donald was on time and professional. We really appreciate his help! I would highly recommend The Gas Connection and, in particular, Donald.
