Our field techs were very friendly to everyone in the house including the dog. Very knowledgeable and willing to explain every step they take to install.
Collin and Alan arrived on time as scheduled and replaced the key valve to my fireplace faster than estimated. Their work was neat and their attitudes most pleasant. They made sure my fireplace was working properly before departing.
Doug was great. He got my fireplace running again. I really appreciated his knowledge of the fireplace. Would definitely recommend him

Aaron and Josh from the Gas Connection came to my house twice during our landscaping process. They installed the gas line for our fire pit then came back and installed the pit once the hardscape was complete. They were absolutely excellent! They were very timely, great communicators, super fun to work with and clearly knew exactly what they are doing! They provided excellent education on how to use the pit too! Loved working with them.
