Doug was very knowledgeable and fixed our gas fireplace insert. He did the P/M on the insert and gave the insert a good check up. We were very pleased.

A keyed gas turnoff valve was installed by the Gas Connection staff. Gas Connection employees, Joe and Travis, arrived on time. They protected our carpet and hearth from damage before beginning their work. Their work was efficient and minimally disruptive to the household. Joe and Travis were professional, friendly, and courteous. Before they left, they thoroughly cleaned the work area. Definitely A++ work. We will contact this company again when we're ready to update our 2nd fireplace.
