Doug came to our home 11/13/17 and was very friendly, pleasant, personable and experienced. He was on time and answered all of our questions about the horrible noise the fan/blower was making, in our gas fireplace. It was decided that we need a new fan, so right then, Doug ordered one for us. However, he told us that our fireplace would still heat our room, even though the fan/blower was not working.
