Alan was awesome - he came out and installed a gas fireplace and did a fantastic job. The project required multiple trips before to make sure the line was set up correctly. Very competent, quick, professional. Alan went above and beyond!

I would rate this company with a 5! First of all, when I called for service my request was very promptly met with an appointment. My service today was great. I had some concerns with my fireplace regarding its safety. My technician, Doug, was knowledgeable and quickly told me about my specific unit. He alleviated my concerns and even took the time to show and explain to me why I had nothing to worry about. He also cleaned the fire place and put in a blower for me. My experience with The Gas Connection was very positive. I called to get a quote for a gas line for an outdoor fire pit and Kevin walked me through the options and provided a lot of very valuable input and advice. He had me text him some pictures of my gas line access and then provided an accurate quote the next day. They promptly scheduled the install and Alan arrived right on time and performed a high quality install.
