Alan B****** of The Gas Connection installed a gas line to my gas range yesterday, 6/18. He called in advance to arrange his time of arrival, all within the expected time. When he arrived he reviewed the situation and got right to work. I had several other installers look over the arrangement of various mechanical and electrical supplies in the area around where the gas line needed to be. There were several obstacles. Several weeks ago, Aaron Smeltzer and Justin from The Gas Connection were at our house doing a gas connection for a new gas fireplace insert. The guys were efficient, and did an excellent job from start to finish, including cleanup. I recommend them, and The Gas Connection highly!

Had a great experience with the Gas Connection. Spoke with a customer service rep in the morning, received a quote in writing, setup an appointment an hour later and then by the afternoon the service tech was at my house. The installation went smoothly and was able to have my grill ready for dinner! Service tech Alan was efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. Even made sure my indoor fireplace was working correctly before leaving for the day. Would highly recommend this company!

These guys were great! Scheduled an appointment quickly. Followed-up to confirm the appointment the day before. Alan, the field service rep, called himself to confirm, showed up on time, and completed the work in 1/2 hour. He went through our house and re-lit all 4 pilots. Courteous, professional and overall great service. Use them. They're good!
