We were extremely pleased with everything. From the very beginning when Marvin came out to the house right through the installation of our gas line and logs! Joe and partner were, professional, friendly, and informative every step of the way.

The Gas Connection made an appointment for me and also had put me on the list for earlier service if there was a cancellation. As it happened my appointment was happily a week earlier than originally scheduled. Service Rep Tom R** showed up a few minutes early and was very cordial. I was apprehensive about the gas line connections needed for my new gas insert fireplace but all these anxieties disappeared once Don showed up and took charge. As it turned out, the original connections plan needed to be scrapped and Don essentially "reinvented" a new, more efficient, and simpler way of getting teh gal lines set up. It was a huge relief to see him figure out a smart way to do what needed to be done.
