Doug L***** was very helpful and knowledgeable in servicing and repairing our fireplace. He din't only do the work in a professional fashion, but also took time to explain the problem and suggest proper servicing interval from now on. I'll trust him with my future needs for fireplaces in our home.

When I called Gas Connection, the response was an immediate call back! Appointment was scheduled at once! I had 12 gas leaks identified by Xcel. Justin was ON time very professional and knowledgeable! He took the time to explain the process and updated me throughout the job. It was a wonderful experience!
