I had a gas leak somewhere on my gas fireplace - called Excel and they shut down the meter. Called the original installers The Gas Connection, to find and repair the leak. Justin and Jason arrived on time (called before hand). Friendly, respectful of my house, and of my dog. The worked for maybe 1 1/2 hours and checked all of the possibilities and located the leak, took the part out rebuilt it and replaced it. Fireplace fixed. John ***** with The Gas Connection provided us with amazing, creative service when other plumbers couldn't figure out how to repair and reinstall our gas line that connects to our fire place. The existing gas line was buried inside our concrete hearth with very difficult access and he with help from Andy made it work. They were really great guys, professional, pleasant, and we couldn't be happier. Thank you,

Joe ******* was everything homeowners could want in a service technician. He was on time. He was intelligent and considerate. Clear and quick with his work. What's more, on the day Joe visited my home, which is at 8100' in elevation, it was a very wintery day. And the roads to and from my home can be quite challenging. Even with only a 2 wheel drive vehicle, he made it happen. I've had plenty of other service businesses say they can't make it up here. Or complain. Or make excuses. Joe did the opposite. Tom was early but offered to do paperwork until the designated time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, neat. He spoke well of his company and its high standards for service people. He certainly lived up to those standards!
