The Gas Connection folks come out once a year to tune up our gas fireplace. This year it was done by Mr. Tom ***. The Gas Connection Company is a well run efficient operation. All the technicians who have come to our home have been very friendly, courteous and professional. Mr Tom *** was no exception. He did a great job of servicing the fireplace and explained everything to us as he went along, We highly recommend this company and their professional technicians for gas related work in your home. Justin and his co-worker were great communicators and set expectations accurately. Our project was abnormally challenging and had to be restructured. They kept a great attitude with all the problems we had. They ran the gas line for our fireplace insert. They were here when they said they were going to be. They called us to let us know when they were going to be here. With all the problems our project presented, they were professional, calm and nice and just got the job done.

Tom was very efficient. He explained what he was doing and showed me how to work the remote. Polite and kind. On time! Very courteous! He was careful to keep the area clean! Thanks for fixing my gas fireplace!

Joe was very professional, I'd recommend the company to a friend. He was on time, got the work done, kept the house tidy and did a thorough job. And Mark, has been very punctual with calling and making sure scheduling and permitting is moving along. I have had a positive experience with this company.

Tom arrived well on time, and was very respectful, yet friendly and very pleasant to talk with. Tom laid out clean quilted pads to protect the carpet and hearth while he worked, and completed a thorough inspection, cleaning, and reassembly of our gas fireplace burner, pilot, grate and logs. Tom also placed brand new "embers", checked the carbon monoxide levels. Additionally, Tom cleaned the glass doors and reset one of the hinges on the left door to make it operate much better. Tom has EXCELLENT customer service!!! He arrived sooner then he was expected. He was very affable and knowledgeable. He looked over my fireplace and let me know about how long it would take to repair, he was correct. He did the repair, he set up his repair area with a drop cloth and kept my house and carpet area clean. Tom also cleaned all 3 glass windows surrounding my fireplace. My fireplace looks like new again! Thank you Tom!!! The Gas Connection is LUCKY to have you as an employee.
