Had to rush home this weekend for my last Grandmother's funeral, and they sold a Maserati out from under me, even though I offered to sign the credit paperwork and put the full downpayment on the car as a deposit until early opening on Monday when I could get back. Test drove the car, had them appraise my car, reached a consensus on a deal. The lease a place could do is hold a car for a weekend with full deposit and credit approval while I bury a loved one. RecommendedI had a great experience here overall. Because I live an hour away, I was able to handle all of the negotiations over the phone. Dumitru was great to work with. When I arrived, I basically signed the paperwork and was in and out in about an hour! They have great cars and great prices.

Bought a used Audi at noon but they didn’t want us to take it until they ran it through mechanics and detail. Finally by 4:45pm the next day- we were told it’s in detail and almost done. When we picked up the car- they had taken the ‘family’ stickers off the window and threw water on the car- it definitely was NOT detailed. Took my car (2011 Audi A4) into this place and was barely able to drive it home. They changed the oil filter but didn't put oil in it. Then they claimed that there was an issue with the engine before it came in. Yet it turned on just fine and wasn't stalling before I took it in, but all these issues started happening after they looked at it. I called to get an estimate for a crank pulley and belt replacement on a 2013 audi a7. (Mind you this is a common failure item on these vehicles with the 3.0t v6). They quoted me for $200+/hr labor at 10 hrs of labor and around $500 for the pulley when the OE can be purchased much cheaper online from audi. All in all I was looking at at $2500+ repair here as they explained the car must be put into service position.
