The collection runs purely by its outward visual appearance, which has nothing to do with their customer service nor their ethics. They have beautiful cars in a beautiful well maintained building, but they do not care about their customers. I took my car which doesn't run to them and they insist there is nothing wrong with my $65,000 car with 50,000 miles that hasn't been running right since 30,000 miles. So I went there for Oil change I have an Audi A6 2016 that I lease from them the service guy who attended to me very nice guy he seemed obviously I should have known he was a thief... First he tells me that the 15k service was 730 bucks understandable thats the upsell so I tell hik no I just want to do oil change car is a lease and I will be changing it soon so he says ok thats fine he comes back with oil change 262 dollars I am like what that price??
