Worst 3 hour oil change experience of my life. They lost my key for 45 minutes and wouldn’t tell me about it. Had to watch the manager and service rep frantically search for it. Told me it was being washed. I located the car at the end of a parking lot unwashed. They then found my key was in someone’s pocket while they were on a lunch break. I would go elsewhere for service.

RecommendedFast service and done 1 day early even though I added some stuff to my repair. You all accommodated all the way to pick up. 24 hours earlier than promised. That gave me freedom to my weekend starting Friday instead of Saturday mid morning or afternoon. Hospitable is an understatement. You tolerate my loud and boisterous self every visit!! I am home when at AUDI Pensacola!!! Thanks again.
RecommendedAudi Farmington Hills Service Dept. is very business-like and professional. My car was returned to me with the interior plastic covered for my protection (without asking). I asked for documentation of my maintenance service contract and Cheryl Know-Marino tracked down the information for me and had it attached to my receipt. Car was done on time and I'm pretty sure they cleaned my floor mats without me asking, 5 STARS
