Wow I'm just a bit confused I walked in the dealership with cash to purchase a car and they refused to sell it to me
GO TO FLATIRONS OR PRESTIGE. Had lots of issues. They "fixed" ($500+) a previous issue only for it to appear a day later, and when I finally returned (from Summit County, 90+ min drive each way, losing a day of work each time), they said they need to replace water pump ($1200) to fix it, even though the previous time they said that was the only issue. Called corporate, spoke to Randy (service manager), he was polite and apologized for my perspective, would not help, told me in so many words they are just following what corpo... read more
