Nine Audis later and I wonder if my loyalty is to the brand or to this superior dealership and it's fantastic staff. 11 reviews 1.0 star rating 9/19/2016 Worst service! Had I know that this would be the dealership I would use when I bought my Audi outside of DC, I would have passed on my Q5 purchase. First time I had service done the oil filter cap was not replaced properly, thus leading to an oil leak all of over my driveway, no apologies were given, just a tow truck.
