I’ve been a customer for many years, and I have always been satisfied, except for this last time. I just finished a renewal for a new lease on an Audi and the “brand new” car started trembling. I had to return to the store 20 min later for them to check it. Problem was resolved the next day (a loaner was not available, so I had to pay an uber to get back home). RecommendedWe had a wonderful experience. Vince Harris was our sales rep and he is delightful. Very patient and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed at all. He came in on his day off and we drove 4 different Q7’s. I highly recommend Audi Northpark in Selma. Not to mention the beautiful facility and top of the line treatment.
