This dealership is a great place to buy a car.Ive been a customer there for more then 4 years and it's always a great experience. Recently I purchased another vehicle there and one of the porters by the name of Jorge was very friendly and attentive while I waited for the salesmen to arrive. Got there super early. Once I started dealing with the salesmen it's was a great experience with Eric from Porsche. Highly recommend!

The collection is a very professional and courteous dealership. The employees are accommodating and are willing to help you out before you even ask. I have also never seen a more beautiful car dealership ever.
Let me begin by saying that I have had such a negative experience both times I have serviced my vehicle at THE COLLECTION. I leased a 2017 Audi A4 through the dealer a few months after my vehicle stalled due to them not placing the proper amount of oil in the vehicle. My vehicle was towed to the dealer and every time I called no one had an answer on to when I could pick up my car. I wanted to recognize Mr. Michael Montero for his hard work as my service rep. He is what makes The Collection Audi experience great! He works hard to ensure great customer service. I would recommend him to everyone, especially anyone that has had a bad experience before, he really works hard to make your experience the best. I had a bad experience before that made me think badly of Audi until he took over and resolved my problem. Since then he has been my customer rep. And all I have is great things to say.
