Don’t buy cars directly at the collection. Better go direct to a dealer . They have no service for executives. They only know and very well sell cars for $300k and over. We bought our Jaguar at the Collection and have always only brought it here for servicing. Over the last five years, I have not been impressed with their service ( I can only speak about Jaguar service). I purchased a certified used 2015 Audi A3 at the Collection in October. I visited The Collection’s service department because my car was acting up. They took my car and In 30 minutes brought it back saying nothing was wrong putting in no effort to find a solution to my issue. Three trips to Audi, and my car is still experiencing the same issue.
