We turned in our Q5 lease. We passed the inspection, turned in both keys, and were assured we were all set. Then we received a bill for a missing key. The number on the invoice had a recording asking us to call at another time. We called Audi Central Houston, the dealership that handled the return of our lease. Audi Central Houston refused to assist us in any way! The message is clear, once you turn in your Audi they don’t care about you!

When I purchased my Audi last year, I was impressed with this dealership. My experience today has definitely changed my outlook. Last year, I purchased a CPO Audi Q7. Unbeknownst to me, the vehicle had a technical service bulletin issued for disintegrating Goodyear tires at my time of purchase. I also took the vehicle in for routine maintenance at 20,000 miles and the TSB wasn’t brought to my attention then either. Fast forward to today when I took the vehicle in for an oil change. Yesterday, at 4:30 pm, I discovered the battery in my '08 Audi A4 was essentially dead. It just barely turned over and fired the engine. I immediately called Audi Farmington Hills service department and told them I needed a new battery on an emergency basis. They said they had the correct OEM battery in stock and if I could get there by 5:00 pm they could replace it while I waited. They had me in and out in a bit over an hour! I am extremely grateful for their very prompt service.

They are always courteous and friendly. I pulled up right at 5:20 PM Friday before a Labor Day weekend with a tire issue. They jumped on it and had me out of there by 6.
