I will never go to the Audi Collection again. The assistant basically threw the business card at me because the assistant service manager, Alex was too busy to see me when I had questions. He told me to call the number. I had serious issues with my safety system so you would think they would treat people with those issues like a priority! I will never go back & I was planning on buying a new car in cash. Never again!!!!
The service was excellent, Marco’s excellency was to the max, the repair was awsome, the end price was high, but that comes with owning a Porsche
My experience at The Collection has always been a great one, to say the least! Everyone is courteous and friendly, but nothing compares to the special, professional and incredible service that Larry from Maserati provides! He is amazing in every sense and has always gone above and beyond to make my experience there be more than great! Larry deserves more than 5 stars!!!!

The worst AUDI dealer don't waste your time and your money. Go to another dealer where they appreciate your business. Also Luis Tour "The manager" needs customer service training.
