I have an Audi A8L and scheduled an appoint for Thursday September 17, 2020 @ 730am. It was to diagnose an MMI screen issue because my screen had lost power and wasn't displaying anything. I dropped my car off Wednesday evening between 8-830pm and put my key in their drop box. They contacted me on Thursday morning stating that they had diagnosed the problem. RecommendedEven though the service was minor, wellness check, it was completed quickly & efficiently. The dealership practiced social distancing, employees wore face masks. The waiting area was comfortable in light of all the virus prevention. I would highly recommend Audi of Westmont.

Never again will I try to make a deal with this dealership ! I was coming up from Eagle Pass which is a 7 hr drive to Plano . TJ was holding the vehicle for me so I could go and sign the paperwork and paycash for it . He lets me know an 1 hour before I get there that the vehicle sold ! He said he messaged a few people to let them know but may have missed my number , so I never received a message from him or I would have never drove all the way up there for nothing .
