We purchased a 2016 Audi A3 on May 31, 2019. When we drove it on the highway on June 3, issues arose that caused us to schedule a service on June 7, 1 week after purchase. The wipers do not work correctly, dragging and skipping in heavy rain. We were told, that we purchased the car "AS IS" so we should buy new wipers. So today was the day, checked online and the gt2 rs that I wanted was in Miami, at the Collection Dealership on Corral Gables. I dress very casual so I won’t change how I dress to buy a car. When I entered there was around 3 staff available but no one bothered to say even hello.. after being for around 5 minutes inside and clearly seeing the car and reading the specs.
