I recently purchased a pre-owned 2016 Audi A3. Several issues became apparent in my first week of ownership. My initial visit to the service department was not satisfactory. When the sales department learned about this, they immediately contacted me and offered to resolve all my issues. Thanks to Alvaro and Andres for listening to my concerns and quickly fixing all the issues. This was a great dealership experience.
