Pretty awful experience. Michael Bush was my advisor and he was fairly rude. He did not wear a mask the entire time he was interacting with me. He scoffed when I asked him pretty standard questions and generally treated me like I wasn’t worth his time because I did not want to pay $1,300 for recommended 40k mile services that were totally unnecessary. On top of all of that, I was charged $150 for a routine oil change, which included a $30 charge to reset my vehicle’s computer which literally takes 30 seconds to do. This plac... read more
