Excellent customer service
Really bad experiences with the Alfa Romeo service department. All under the warranty. 1) They had to empty the tank to change the fuel pump and they gave me the car back with an empty tank. 2) when buying the car they told me that first service was free and when I got there they said to be free it needs to be done within 1 year from delivery. After calling Alfa myself, Alfa confirmed that the dealer has a leeway to do it for free even after the one year. 3) they charge $399 for alignment when you can get it done somewhere e... read more
Sales person the best knowledgeable about the car was outstanding
I’ve had my 2016 Audi A3 in service since Dec 20th 2018, till this day I’ve already made my first payment and still haven’t received my car back and today is 01/23/2019. Mike from Audi at The Collection is awesome and I know it’s not his fault, he’s been nothing but great. Had the best ever car buying experience with Nick Edwards at The Collection/Porsche new car sales.
I understand that car salesmen live out of commission, but tricking new customers is not good if you look into long term buyer and word of mouth recommendation. and I was intending to get another car for my sister. Now, I will absolutely never go back to get a car at The Collection, I would rather pay more in North Miami or even go to other city, but never again in Collection. And I am one of those people who never post negative reviews.
Absolutely #1 without a doubt!!! Danielle is phenomenal!!!!!!!! Once you experience their car buying process, you will never want to buy a car in any other place instead of the collection, try them, you’ll see.
