Waited close to 3 hours for an oil change and to get my tires rotated and balanced and it took calling x4 to make an appointment, my voicemails were not returned. Was told my car was getting washed for over an hour which seemed inaccurate. Coffee machine had a malfunction and blew coffee out of it on my clothes and there were no paper towels in this area to clean the counter or myself. I will not be returning. They made you feel like a family
I bought my A4 in 2013. I have gone through several service people through the years. I have only once not taken my car to be serviced at Audi South. The last 2 visits I had a new service person Steve. He gouged me the first time and I was disappointed but being the idiot that I am the next visit I got Steve again and did not request someone else. One of the things I needed done was replacement of my volume knob. He told me it would cost over $1000.00 because the panel would have to be removed. I declined. My bill was 900.00... read more

I was selling my car and I put my info on Auto Nation. Audi Peoria sent an automated quote very quickly and Juan Mendoza, an Audi Brand Specialist, gave me a call .
