While I bought my car from Audi Wilmington and had a few good experiences with service over there, the last few service experiences were less than okay and led to a number of inconveniences. I worked with Andres Jaramillo and he was incredible. Was buying an extra car for my son and he put the deal together and locked things down basically the same day. My son is having another car serviced there and that group has been great as well. I will likely try to buy from them again in the near future. Don’t give positive reviews when they don’t do well and give them an A+.
Just bought an Audi from Samuel and it was strictly online and I drove from Louisiana and left in a couple of hours with the car I wanted. I have spent so many unnecessary hours in this dealership. Everything is complicated here. I have never had a good experience. Very disappointed in a dealership that is supposed be selling luxury cars. Should be a luxury experience instead of a poor one. If you’re a woman I do NOT suggest coming here. There are no females in the office and they clearly try to take advantage of girls assuming they don’t know any better.
The Collection’s service and professionalism is like no other! Servio Sanchez and Mimmo Falanga were extremely kind and accommodating...thank you for all the kindness you so easily impart!! I was very impressed!! My Alfa Romeo is beautiful!!

I liked my 2015 Q3 until the problems started, and the costs started to build up. I purchased the car used in 2018, and the costs of maintenance are unlike anything I have ever experienced. Front brakes replacement -$1200 at this dealership, ok fine that's part of owning a luxury car. Now the turbocharger has failed 1 year after the warranty lapsed. Another $2500 I would have to pay after their "generous" discount of $300. I didn't expect a 2015 Audi to be this costly and in need of constant expensive maintenance. Also the s... read more
