Just terrible in every which way. Get your for every penny and charge tax for a diagnostic on this vehicle when it’s not even a product you’re selling. Very disappointed.
I had a beyond successful experience. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left with my new car. Purchasing a new car isn't always such an exciting and enjoyable experience generally, but Charmain made everything beyond seamless. From the selection of the perfect car, to going through the paperwork. I felt at ease putting my idea in his hands and having him deliver and exceeding my expectations. I have had nothing but excellent service since I've been associated with the collections my service guy Jessie with Maserati is phenomenal.. I refer all of my friends and family to thecollection wouldn't go anywhere else
We have two cars with the collection. The service is exceptional the staff is professional. The only issue I have is the complementary car wash. Normally we get our cars washed once a week except when they go in for service. I appreciate the complementary part of the wash however they never clean the car correctly. This has happened to us even with a new car purchase. They literally left bugs all over my front bumper and windshield the wheels were dirty but they applied tire shine. I hope this helps solve the issue.
