I had never been to The Collection so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was greeted with a friendly staff and beautiful facility. My salesperson Danielle was very patient and quite knowledgeable, I was really impressed. She assisted me in selecting a car that was perfect for my family’s needs and told me EVERYTHING there is to know about my new car! I am very happy with the whole experience and would Definitely recommend The Collection to friends, family and everyone I know.

This rating relates to service, not new car sales. My mother drives an older Audi TT Quattro convertible. It has low miles, since it only used lightly locally. However, as happens with older models, stuff breaks ... in this case the Fuel Gauge. We brought it in to the collection and picked it this morning, our wallets $1,600 lighter. Was the gauge fixed, yes. However, not only was the car filthy (it is garaged at home) but also the tank was empty (refueled before it was dropped off). Do not shop here if you dont put up with racism. Employee Rigo Gomez thinks it's appropriate to spew anti Mexican and Muslim rhetoric on Facebook. Terrible human being and someone who shouldn't be allowed in our country in my honest opinion. Whoever owns this place should fire this clown immediately.
