RecommendedJohn Boesing at Audi is amazing. I emailed him about a vehicle I wanted to test drive and he had it ready as soon as I got there. I knew I wanted it as soon as I drove it. Everything was so smooth from the paperwork to taking it home. He even picked me up from the rental car place because I had no one to get me to take me back to Audi. I kept telling him how easy he made this process and that I couldn’t believe it. I will forever be giving them my business. Thanks John and Audi!
My husband and I stopped in tonight to test drive a Q3. We stood looking at the model on the showroom floor for ten plus minutes, talking about the vehicle, looking at the spec sheet and opening and closing the vehicle’s doors and cargo area hatch. We saw at least three employees in the dealership and no other customers. Not one of the employees in that dealership said hello or acknowledged us in any way. We left and won’t be back.

RecommendedWhat a Fantastic experience from Audi Silver Spring. Specifically, Christian as my Service Advisor. My Q5 was in for significant repairs after I scrapped the bottom pan and punctured my gas tank. Christian was extremely helpful and kept me up-to-date thruout the repair almost on a daily basis. He lobbied my insurance to perform the repair with a new gas tank instead of a used tank that came in in terrible shape. The overall experience was outstanding.
