This has been the worst car buying experience of our lives. My husband and I purchased a pre owned Audi A7 on Fathers Day weekend and have probably had the car a total of 3 weeks since then. The rest of the time it has been in the shop to get various features in the car to work. Also a tire blew out on the highway and we had to replace all the tires because they were all bad. Recently it has been there since the end of July. We have no idea when the problem will be fixed as we call and get no return call to let us know anyth... read more

The service side of O’Daniel lacks follow up and customer care. Very shortly after purchase I discovered an issue with a vehicle I just purchased. I contacted Kent in the service department and they seem like they are too busy or don’t care. Before you purchase a vehicle with O’Daniel think twice if your going to have to require care on the service side of this business
This is one of the worst Audi dealerships I have ever dealt with, this is not the first time that they try to screw me over, first time with a 2014 Rs5 because of brake problems which they knew they were defective from the factory, and then again with the same car replacing the windshield they broke all the wipers mechanism and put a huge dent on the hood of the car, and then with a 2018 Q7 with tire problems also know to be defective from the factory and they only wanted to be responsible for 2 tires lol, and again I took t... read more
