Last August I bought pre-owned 2016 Audi Q5, and guess what? They sold me a lemon pre-owned , when I drove the car for first time I heard a noise and the sales rep Omar E, explained that it was because the car was stopped for a while but this noise will despair , but the noise still and the sales manager says that is normal, in addition the camera has a problem ( see the pictures ) and their service manager Jonathan W , says that this normal too, please check the pictures and if you have a Q5 let me know if this is normal. I leased a Porsche Panamera last November. We have gone twice for repairs and you guys never have a loaner available. Also the service representative never gets the phone. Yesterday I also wanted to see the Alfa Romeos and it was mentioned but no one came. I hope to have my car for tomorrow Manuel E Iglesias.
Telling them something about Colletion in Coral Gables, there are no words like saying the treatment you get here is like going to a 5 * hotel extremes, last month I got to go to an Audi by Biscayne arrive no one attended to me, I had to go to the service look for help 😳, then ordered coffee and I had to buy 😱, well to see all this you realize immediately that as Collection in Coral Gables there is no other dearler of cars that can compare with you!
