RecommendedBought a used 2008 BMW Z4 from them. No haggle sale, a long distance buy so trusting the salesperson was key. The delivery shipment to us in KY was delayed by Audi Pensacola to fix things that they could easily have passed off on a ‘no warranty, as is’ car. Kudos to them for that. Some post delivery issues have been worked out amicably. The car meets my expectations and Audi Pensacola went beyond my expectation in their service. Thank you Travis.

They're out to get your money at all cost. Lies and dishonesty throughout the sale process. Then tried to return a defective $50k car just to be forced to buy another car we didn't need. Their priorities are making money at any cost, not customer satisfaction. And not once were we approached by senior management to address the issue. Stay away as far away as possible - plenty other places to by an Audi from!

Recommendedif you want a No hassle dealership were the salesperson does not bother you until you are ready to talk to some Audi North Park is the place. My wife and I left there with a Q7 and really enjoy how it rides... BTW, ask for Orlando Anaya he did great with his assistance to us with choosing the right SUV from so many of them.
