I dropped off my car as I needed an extra key. First the programming system in Germany was down, then they cut the key incorrectly and now 11 days later I'm here in the lounge waiting for more than an hour just to get my car. I was indeed considering getting a new car but after my third time to this place I will never come back. Cant believe they manage to get clients with such lousy customer service???
