My experience started very pleasant with a text from the salesperson, Jackie. From that point on I knew I was in good hands. She worked with me on the car I initially requested and then was able to smartly steer me to a dealer certified vehicle that exceeded my expectations! The service is great. Before 2017 there wasn't any local Audi dealers to me. Now my A3 gets taken care of with all my service needs. When my next one comes up,itll be purchased right here.

Tammy is amazing! I purchased an Audi Q3 last year is got rear ended 6 months after my purchase that caused the vehicle to be totaled. I was a previous Mercedes owner and stumbled on an ML that was at Audi Birmingham around 9pm on a Friday. My fiance and I got up early Saturday morning and made the long haul up to Audi Birmingham Saturday morning. I am so glad to have met Tammy and I was leaving Birmingham in my ML by 2pm. I bought a 2019 Audi A8 with 6,000 miles on it on July 11, 2020. It was quite expensive. It broke down on August 15 and has been at Audi Oklahoma City since August 22. Your dealership never provides an update. Instead I have to call. And every time the diagnosis is basic cluelessness. I have asked this dealership to return my trade and give me a full refund including tax and tag. Of course it’s a terse “No.” Sometimes choosing the path of least resistance is advisable.
