I bought a 2019 Audi A8 with 6,000 miles on it on July 11, 2020. It was quite expensive. It broke down on August 15 and has been at Audi Oklahoma City since August 22. Your dealership never provides an update. Instead I have to call. And every time the diagnosis is basic cluelessness. I have asked this dealership to return my trade and give me a full refund including tax and tag. Of course it’s a terse “No.” Sometimes choosing the path of least resistance is advisable.
