Absolutely horrible experience. Took our car in for service that included an oil change, and new battery for key fob. When I arrived to pick up the car it was delivered to me with only one set of keys. A half hour later the key fob was located and the person refused to provide an explanation as to where the keys were. Refused to acknowledge his supervisors question. Once I was able to leave, on my way home the low oil notification came on. The person doing the oil change apparently emptied the oil, but did not replace it. I ... read more

RecommendedMy experience was phenomenal! I had an injury that prevented me from going car shopping but I called and spoke with a salesman (Luis Hernandez) and he was extremely helpful! The price he quoted me was great and I was approved within an hour. I picked up my car the next day ... sign and drive! I literally spent 30 min at the dealer. He was honest and willing to help. I am very grateful .
