Unbelievable, you buy a Q7 from Sewell, then take it in for service. First, they take a while to resolve our issues, then we notice that the mileage for our car when we pick it up is a whole lot different than when we dropped the car off. Next, we come home and notice that someone from Sewell took our car home the night prior and drove it back to Sewell the next day not thinking that we would not see the charges on our EZTag. We have worked with Peoria Audi for two different cars. First a Q5 and then downsized to an A3. Mike in the service department has always been professional, helpful and provided great customer service. Initial purchase/lease experiences were also great.
