RecommendedOnly dealership in Spokane. Service used to be great but the past year service has been terrible. It is impossible to reach anyone by phone and emails and voice messages are never returned. Took my vehicle in for a recall and to check on a few other things and no paperwork was provided on the service performed and no one could tell me if all items were addressed. Audi of Plano is the worst service department I have ever visited my car came in with no lights on the dashboard left with two lights on this is my second time taking it there and both of my experiences have been awful would not recommend anyone to buy a vehicle here or have it serviced at this dealership I was sold two oil changes in finance when I get there to use one of my oil changes they said I did not purchase anything and if I would’ve came in later on next month I wouldn’t received anything be careful of this dealers... read more

Unfortunately I had horrible experience with Audi Milwaukee and will never recommend anyone to buy from there. The splash shield to my pre-owned Audi was zip tied to the car. I found this out a month after I bought the car because the whole splash shield fell off. When I brought the car back to be repaired Audi Milwaukee would not repair/replace it without charging me the full amount.
