RecommendedCaring, considerate, professional with a "customer first" attitude. Washing each car is an example of customer care. But, how about having snacks and water for waiting customers as does your deluxe competitors? When the vehicle was picked-up around 330pm recently there was no water or snacks, only coffee. This suggestion does not diminish the respect for the professionals at Audi Westmont.

I am a college student and three weeks ago I bought a car from here. only to have it break down on me for a week later. I had a warrantee but they didn't provide a loaner car. my car has been in the shop for two weeks and I received information that my car will be in the shop for another two weeks, totalling a month. I have contacted managers and because I am not entitled a loaner from the warrantee, they don't really try to help.
