I’ve been a customer for many years, and I have always been satisfied, except for this last time. I just finished a renewal for a new lease on an Audi and the “brand new” car started trembling. I had to return to the store 20 min later for them to check it. Problem was resolved the next day (a loaner was not available, so I had to pay an uber to get back home). Attention to detail. Quick check-in and loaner delivery or shared-ride home/work. No wait on picking up my vehicle. Erick Flores is the best service advisor I've ever had at The Collection - and I have been buying cars there since 2003.
Excellent customer services. Pick up from and to home makes very easy to service the car. Erick is wonderful and very reliable.
Great experience at The Collection. Everyone was so nice and my service advisor Jennifer Farrell was great. She really knew what she was talking about and helped me with all my concerns.
