Had no record of my appointment, despite me having a confirmation email. Didn’t get car back until an hour after the promised time. Couldn’t complete work because they didn’t have a part. Misplaced a part required to operate power windows (car was delivered with the window down, and I had to find the part to get it to close....it was on the floor in the back seat, just under the drivers seat).
