RecommendedJust took advantage of the valet service! My Q7 needed state inspection and prepaid maintenance, but I am restricted to no driving due to a recent surgery. The valet service was perfect! Trevor picked up and delivered my vehicle back to me. He was super pleasant and everything was done exactly as expected. RecommendedExcellent staff to work with. This is the second time we have purchased from Hawthorne. Only negative was in the pre delivery prep of the car. Wasn’t very clean or waxed. We figure it was due to purchasing a used Audi.
Salesman was great...agreed on a price rather quickly. But then it started....the credit lady made the paper work a 3 hour ordeal. Even after that 3 weeks later i still don’t have the paper work to get my tag. This was a cash deal....trade in and wrote a check for the rest. Really need to work on their idea of closing the sale
