They have the all time worst service department. We have leased over 10 cars through the years and have never had such service issues until recently. Ever since Dawn left it’s been downhill. Will never go back there. Misleading and inadequate. And most important the COVID protocol is not adequately adhered to. Not everyone wears masks and if they do some don’t wear them properly. I did not feel comfortable staying there for 4 hours when my appointment should have been 30 minutes.

The purchasing process was smooth easy and all around a great experience. Tavares Gooden was excellent. He was chill, happy, funn. He kept us with great conversation and a big smile through a small window of the waiting period of paperwork. If you want a great buying experience (which is sometimes hard to find when you buy a car) you should definitely go to Henderson Audi. They have great inventory. New and Used and ask for Tavares Gooden. You will be happy. :)

Hello. A little back story about my recent visit (about 2 weeks ago), had an appointment for a repair/maintenance on my Audi A4. My boyfriend and I purchased the car there back in March of 2020. Quote on quote from one of the Service Advisor(s), it's RUSTED and not covered under warranty. Mind you, we have the Gold Care Coverage (Service Contract). I can highly recommend Audi Fort Myers and salesman, Raphael Tonel in particular. We did the entire transaction by phone and internet and the process was smooth and fair. No hype or pressure. I had done my homework and they understood. We had a few complications ( titling and delivery) and these were handled very well and to my satisfaction. Also excellent follow up after the deal was done.
RIP-OFF! We purchased our car at Audi Plano and they are the only place we have had it serviced. After purchasing the Audi Care Program one month ago, our battery goes out. The line sheet that was given to me when I bought Audi Care clearly states “Battery – Test and Replace if necessary (additional costs may apply to the service)”.
