Having my car serviced at Audi Westmont has been an absolute nightmare. They have not listened to us when we described the problem, they have replaced unnecessary parts, they have made the problem worse. My car has been in several times this summer for weeks at a time with little to no communication. Being an Audi owner since 2003 I am appalled.
