Terrible dealer, from sales to service, go somewhere else (Rockville or Silver Spring). Sold me a lemon, literally. After repurchase, I got another one from Audi Rockville way below prices at Annapolis. Took the new one in for service and they were inept. You’ll save a lot of money and time elsewhere, trust me.

Inventory more parts.My A6 Audi spends more time in repairs and towing then in my garage, poorest quality car I ever purchased,a real lemon Transmission locked up and took three weeks to repair..When you have an Audi best you have a spare car

Feeling deceived by @AudiSouthOrlando. I traded in my BMW 335i xdrive and they originally offered $12K and later said $13K was the best they could do. I shared with the manager the research I’d done and that he could easily resell for $20K. Oh no he said, they wouldn’t make much at all. I caved in because I was purchasing an Audi from them.
